Can I return my sample from outside the US?

The return label included in your kit cannot be used from outside the contiguous United States. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories such as Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Please do not use the included return label if you are shipping your sample from any of these locations.

How do I return my sample from outside the contiguous US?

If you are based in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact orders@3X4genetics.com to obtain a replacement label.

If you're returning a sample from outside the US, you are responsible for arranging shipping, covering all costs, and ensuring compliance with any applicable regulations.
