How to return your DNA sample to the lab

Linking your return shipping label

Each 3X4 kit includes a pre-paid return label and shipping bag for sending your sample to the lab.

During kit registration, you'll be prompted to link your return label by entering its tracking number. This allows us to verify and track your shipment.

Finding your tracking number

Locate the pre-paid return label affixed to the shipping bag inside your kit — not the bag your kit arrived in. The tracking number is printed below the barcode and can be entered with or without spaces.
