How to register your 3X4 DNA Sample Kit

When you order a 3X4 Genetics test, you'll receive a DNA sample kit to collect your sample with a quick, painless cheek swab.

Before returning your sample, you must register the unique kit code printed on your sample vial. This links your sample to your account. Unregistered samples may be discarded after arriving at the lab.

How to register your kit

1. Find the small insert inside your kit and scan the QR code, or visit the link shown.
2. Create a 3X4 account or log in to your existing 3X4 or GENEFIT account.
3. Enter your kit code when prompted and confirm.
4. (3X4 Blueprint only) Enter your practitioner's unique 3X4 code to give them secure access to your results. This code is included in the Instructions email sent to you after ordering.

Once your kit is successfully registered, you'll receive step-by-step instructions for collecting your sample.

Note: If you log out during registration, you'll pick up where you left off next time you log in.

A few things to keep in mind

• Register using your own details, or the details of the person the kit is for. You cannot register someone else's kit under your own account.
• Double-check that you're entering the correct kit code and are logged into the correct account.
• Make sure not to mix up your sample vial with anyone else's.
