For customers: Getting your own 3X4 Genetics test

You can order a 3X4 Genetics test for yourself, a family member or friend, or a client or patient. The ordering process depends on the product:

3X4 Health

Order through the 3X4 Health app or via 3X4genetics.com. Your results will be available directly in the app, along with a downloadable PDF. You do not need a 3X4 practitioner.

3X4 Blueprint

The 3X4 Blueprint is available through our provider network. Use the 3X4 Practitioner Locator to find a practitioner near you. They will share your results with you once they're ready.
