How do I update my shipping address?

My order hasn't shipped yet

We cannot guarantee that shipping address changes can be made after an order is confirmed, but there is a short window during processing where it may be possible. Please contact us immediately so we can prioritize your request.

You can also email orders@3x4genetics.com with your order number and the correct shipping address.

My order has already shipped

If you've received tracking details, your order has been fulfilled and we're no longer able to make changes on our end. We recommend contacting the carrier directly, they may be able to reroute the shipment or arrange an intercept at a local facility.
