How do I order 3X4 Blueprints for my client or practice?

Note: This article is for health professionals who order, or are considering ordering, 3X4 tests on behalf of their clients. If you purchased, or are looking to purchase a 3X4 test for yourself, this article is not for you.

3X4 Blueprint reports are available only through a 3X4 practitioner. 3X4 Blueprint tests can’t be bought directly from 3X4 Genetics.

To get a 3X4 Blueprint, find a 3X4 practitioner near you with our Practitioner Locator. Your practitioner orders your test, receives your results, and reviews them with you during a consultation.

Ordering a test without a practitioner

The 3X4 Health genetic test is available to buy directly, without a practitioner. You receive your results yourself and view them in the 3X4 Health app.

If you’d like help understanding your 3X4 Health results, a 3X4 practitioner can review them with you. Use our Practitioner Locator to find a practitioner near you.

To share your 3X4 Genetics results with your practitioner, email us at support@3X4genetics.com from the email address registered to your 3X4 account. Include your practitioner’s full name and the email address they use with 3X4, and/or their 3X4 practitioner code.

For healthcare professionals only

Healthcare professionals based in the US or South Africa can create a free 3X4 practitioner account to order 3X4 Blueprint genetic tests for their clients.

Place an order on the 3X4 practitioner portal

Once logged in to your 3X4 practitioner portal, select the Add Order button at the top of the screen and enter the shipping details for your client or your practice. In the Payee section, choose who pays for the order: you or your patient.

Once payment is received, 3X4 will ship the required DNA Sample Kits to the address provided. Each kit contains everything needed to collect a DNA sample and (for US kits) return it directly to our lab.

Saving a default shipping address

You can save a default shipping address to your account, making it quicker to order kits to keep in stock at your practice.
