How do I order 3X4 Blueprints for my client or practice?

3X4 Blueprints are available exclusively through our provider network.

Order 3X4 Blueprints as a provider

To order 3X4 Blueprint genetic tests, you'll first need a 3X4 Practitioner account:

Placing an order

Once logged in to your 3X4 Clinical portal, select the Add Order button at the top of the screen and enter the shipping details for your client or your practice. You'll then be directed to a secure payment gateway to complete your order.

Once placed, 3X4 will ship the required DNA Sample Kits to the address provided. Each kit contains everything needed to collect a DNA sample and (for US kits) return it directly to our lab.

Saving a default shipping address

You can save a default shipping address to your account, making it quicker to order kits to keep in stock at your practice.
