How do I login to my 3X4 account?

3X4 Genetics uses a single-sign on system across all our products and services, so you don't need more than one 3X4 account to log in.

Log into the 3X4 Health app

After downloading the 3X4 Health app, log in using your 3X4 account details, or create an account, from the landing screen.

Log in to register your 3X4 kit

When registering your DNA kit, login with your 3X4 account details at the link provided on your kit insert, or create a 3X4 account.

Log in to manage your 3X4 consultation

Use the link supplied in your onboarding email, or visit ehr.3X4genetics.com/.../three_x_four_clients. and login with your 3X4 account details (the same used to register your kit).

Log into the 3X4 Practitioner portal

Log into your 3X4 practitioner portal at the following link: dna.3X4genetics.com/clinic using your existing 3X4 account details. If you're a healthcare practitioner, select "create an account" from the login page.

Log into the 3X4 Community

Visit my.3X4genetics.com to log into the 3X4 Community using your existing 3X4 account details, or select the "join" option to create a 3X4 account.
