About the 3X4 DNA Sample Kit

When you order a 3X4 Genetics test, you'll receive a DNA sample kit to collect and return your sample. Collection is simple - just a quick, painless cheek swab you can do at home or anywhere that's convenient.

Your sample vial is stable at room temperature, so no cold storage is needed during shipping.

Return shipping materials

Your kit includes a pre-paid return shipping label and shipping bag. Please note:

• Return shipping labels included in US kits are valid for use within the contiguous United States only. They cannot be used from Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories such as Puerto Rico. Please contact orders@3X4genetics.com for a replacement label.
• Some kits supplied by providers may include different shipping materials or none at all. If you're unsure how to return your sample, check with your provider.
